Reenie is reunited with her once cherished husband, Joseph, her parents, Lawrence and Mildred Keife Rapp, her brother, Lawrence Rapp, and her devoted Shih Tzu, Blossom. Her spirit lives on through her three children, Laurie Bruno Tureaud, Vincent C. Bruno, and Enrico Bruno (Claudia Miller), and her four siblings, Joann McDermott, Frederick Rapp, Judy Touard, and Larry Rapp (Angela).
The laughter of her seven grandchildren, Jennifer, James, Vincent Jr., Kerri, Joseph, Dominic, and Nico, echoes her legacy, further blossoming with her seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Born in the vibrant warmth of New Orleans, Reenie graduated from Sacred Heart High School on Canal St. before co-owning multiple Tastee Donuts locations alongside Joseph. Along with other business ventures. Family was her greatest joy, and she cherished each moment spent dancing, bowling, and celebrating life’s simple pleasures.
As we remember Reenie, let us find solace in the love and laughter she shared, a gentle spirit whose legacy will forever brighten our hearts. A true New Orleans lady.
