Leander Buras passed away on Monday, March 25, 2024 at the age of 86. He was born in Venice, LA on January 2, 1938 to the late Frank and Verna Buras. Beloved husband of 59 years to the late Linda Marie Buras. Loving father of Leander Buras, II. Brother of the late Elwood Buras, Lucille Bernard, Bertrand Buras, Irvin Buras, Mercedes Broussard, Glenda Cedotal and Hazel, Verna, Ester and Myrtle. A private inurnment will be held at Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum.
