Nancy was preceded in death by her father, Natalio Moguel. She is survived by her mother, Lucia Otilia Rosado, her husband of 26 years, Paul Anthony Vasquez, her son, Christopher Paul Vasquez, her sisters Rosita Rico and Dalia Batty, and her brothers, Francisco Moguel, Ricardo Moguel, and Miguel Moguel.
Nancy earned a bachelor’s degree and worked as an accountant. She was a former member of the Belize Association of Louisiana, and her hobbies included gardening, nature, traveling, and taking photographs of plants and animals. She will be deeply missed by all who loved her. The family would like to give special thanks to The Plaia Family, The Burns Family, Jean Benard, and Roy Lissarague for their kindness during this difficult time.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass held at St. Clement of Rome Church, 4317 Richland Ave. Metairie, LA on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 for 12:00pm. Interment will be private at a later date.
