Marion Holloway, age 90 years, passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at her home in New Orleans, LA. Beloved wife of C.R. Holloway, Jr. for 69 years. Loving mother of C. Robert “Bob” Holloway, III (Alice), George F. “Rick” Holloway, and Pam Randazzo (Manny). Daughter of the late George F. Hecker and Nina Nicaud Hecker. Grandmother of Chris Holloway (Beth), Elizabeth Davis (Kevin), Stephen Holloway, Erick Holloway, Dylan Holloway, Kevin Riley (Leigh), Erin Hurst (Bryan), Patrick “Bubby” Riley, and Paige Riley. Great grandmother of Elise, Anna, and Lottie Holloway. Also survived by numerous lifelong friends whom she loved dearly. Mrs. Holloway was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who loved her. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a mass of Christian burial at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 3368 Esplanade Ave., New Orleans, LA on Friday, September 18, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be held at church from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in St. Louis #3 Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, masses are preferred.
