Marvin Andreus Piske

Marvin A. Piske passed away at the age of 92 on August 24, 2021. He was born on March 15, 1929 in New Orleans. A US Air Force veteran, he spent most of his career as a Property/Building manager. He is preceded in death by: his first wife, Rosemary DiCarlo Piske; his second wife, Sylvia Gilliam Piske; his parents, Richard A. Piske and Myrtle Mackenroth Piske; his daughter, Janet M. Piske; and his brother, Richard Piske, Jr. He is survived by: his daughter, Maryellen Lozano; his sons, Stephen G. Piske, Alan T. Piske, and Robert B. Piske; his eleven grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. The family would like to give their special thanks to the nurses and care teams of St. Joseph’s hospice and the Carpenter House facility of River Ridge. The family would also like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the many longtime friends and business associates whom Marvin dearly loved.

A private family gathering will be held in Marvin’s honor with dates yet to be announced. Interment is to take place at Lake Lawn.
