Mother of Morgan Frank Purvis and Hunter Davis Purvis.
She was the beloved daughter of Samantha Elver Spearman Davis and the late William Morris Davis.
Sister of William David Davis.
Beth was born in Atlanta, Georgia, on May 19, 1954. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree from Loyola University, she began her career as a dental assistant and eventually entered into the field of Education. She was a member of Memorial Baptist Church.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd in New Orleans, on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 from 10 AM to 11 AM. The funeral service and burial will be privately held for immediate family and selected guests only.
