Michael Lawrence Crago, husband of Kathleen Seaver Crago passed away peacefully on October 18, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. Son of the late Louis Lawrence Crago and Catherine Mary Murphy. Brother of Jerelynn C. Morici and Jere Crago. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Michael was graduated from Brother Martin High School and attended UNO and Tulane University where he was employed 42 years in facility management. He was a member since the late 1960’s of Orleans Audubon Society, a chapter of the National Audubon Society serving as an officer at the time of his death. He was also a member of the Louisiana Ornithological Society, Crescent Bird Club, North American Butterfly Association and the Sierra Club. The family expresses special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of Ochsner Foundation Hospital, also the doctors, nurses and staff of Chateau de Notre Dame and especially Becky Pujoi of Passages Hospice where Michael spent his last hours in wonderful care and comfort.
