16th, 1955, passed away on April 10th, 2015.
Son of the late Raymond S. Prats, Sr., he is
survived by his mother, Joycelyn Vitari Prats,
his son, Michael Norman Prats, Jr., his brothers
Raymond S. Prats, Jr.(Linda), Thomas J.
Prats(Debbie), his sister Donna Prats Sarrat(the
late Ronald Sarrat), and by several nieces and
nephews. Michael was born and raised in New
Orleans, where he attended Holy Cross High
School, playing football and running track. He
attended Sheet Metal Apprentice School, and
graduated as a Sheet Metal Mechanic. He also
was the owner of Prats Sheetmetal, Inc.
Michael will always be remembered as one
who could always make you laugh, and always
reached out to others who were in need.

METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100
Pontchartrain Blvd. in New Orleans, on
Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 12:00 Noon. A
visitation will be held at the funeral home
beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment will be
