Mignon Constantin Wolfe went home to God on January 2 with a heart full of love and her red dancing shoes on. She was 82 years young. Mignon was a free spirit who was known for her youthfulness, her energy, her joy and love of God. A lifelong parishioner of Holy Name of Jesus, Mignon was a daily communicant and a committed adorer in the Adoration Chapel. She is survived by her four children: Adele Wolfe, Minette Wolfe, Bobby Wolfe and John Wolfe; her beloved daughter-in-law Heather McMillen and precious grandson Eli Wolfe; her siblings Roland Constantin and Andre Constantin; and countless nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents Adele Manning Constantin and Armand Joseph Constantin; and her two siblings Jacqueline Constantin Fox and Armand Constantin. Mignon loved everyone as her best friend and was deeply engaged in the lives of her children, relatives and friends. She had a deep devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and to the Blessed Mother. One of the most joyful spiritual experiences of her life was her involvement for many years with the Children of Mary at Academy of the Sacred Heart. Mignon was known by many nicknames: Mig, Migs, Migsy, Butterfly – and Miggy to her grandson Eli. A service is scheduled on Friday January 8 at Holy Name of Jesus Church. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am followed by Mass at 1:00 pm. Fr. Edwin Gros, S.J., will be the celebrant. Concelebrants will be Fr. Stephen Rowntree, S.J., Fr. Doug Brougher and Fr. Stanley Klores. The family is grateful to Ms. Pearl Jones for her kindness to and friendship with Mom. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Holy Name of Jesus Church or Academy of the Sacred Heart.
