Mitchell T. Wilson passed away on Friday, November 14, 2014, at the age 57. Beloved father of Coleman Wilson. Son of the late Deacon Merlin Robert Wilson and Mary P. Wilson. Brother of Dr. Merlin R. Wilson, Jr., (Mary Ellen), Mary Lee Kammer (Gaven), Marcia Arlington (Clive), and Marleen Roy (Michael). Mitchell will be fondly remembered for his love of the river, boating, guitar playing, good music, good wine, and good food. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service in the Chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, on Friday, November 21, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mitchell’s memory to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
