Mona D. Miller

Mona D. Miller was born on September 1, 1935 and passed away on October 20, 2023 at the age of 88. She was a Secretary at GE and Trane for many years, and she was a parishioner at St. Philip Neri Church. She enjoyed painting, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. She dedicated her life to her children and grandchildren. She was the most caring, kind, and loving daughter, sister, mother, wife, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jerry Arceneaux; parents, Jake and Suzie Davis; daughter, Tracy Hogan; stepson, Mark Miller. She is survived by her husband, Bill Miller; daughter, Karen Cacioppo (Tony); stepdaughter, Tammy Miller; granddaughter, Jessica Grest (Nick); step granddaughter, Samantha Simon; step great grandson, Kaden Simon; step grandson, Chad Miller (Sadie); step great grandson, CJ Miller; step great granddaughter, Heartley Miller; sisters, Liz Walker and Arnette Hegdes; brother, Tom Davis. Services will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at St. Philip Neri Church, 6500 Kawanee Ave, Metairie, LA 70003. Visitation will begin at 12:00pm followed by a Mass at 1:00pm. Interment will be at Lake Lawn Park.
