Myra Lee Couvillion Bordelon passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2020, at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Louis Lloyd Bordelon for 66 years. Mother of M. Scott Bordelon (Kris) and Dana B. Morel (Mark). Grandmother of Aaron and Alex (Megan) Bordelon and Lauren Morel (fiancé Michael). Great-grandmother of Emma, Alex Barbara, Zoey, and Beau Bordelon. She was predeceased by her husband; her parents, Edwin and Ina Couvillion. She is also survived by her sisters, Bonnie Mercier and Nancy Adams. She lived in Metairie, Louisiana and was a parishioner of St. Benilde Catholic Church.
Myra loved spending time with her family. She also enjoyed cooking, gardening, and listening to music (especially Elvis).
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, on Friday, December 18, 2020, at 11:00 am. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10:00 am until 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park and Mausoleum.
