She was the wife of the late Percy Joseph Chatelain.

Mother of Garrick Chatelain of Destrehan, Louisiana, Randall Chatelain (Karman) of Paradis, Louisiana, and Ryan Chatelain (Kristy) of Roselle Park, New Jersey.

Sister of the late Alan Lirette (Barbara).

Grandmother of Ashton Leona Chatelain of Chalmette, Louisiana, Danielle Nicole Chatelain of Destrehan, Louisiana, and Josephine May Chatelain of Roselle Park, New Jersey.

Daughter of the late Leo Joseph Lirette and Lucille LaBorde Lirette.

She was a member of the Red Hat Society and a parishioner of St. Philip Neri and St. Ann Church and Shrine. She worked as a Patient Access Coordinator at Ochsner for over 30 years.

As a lifelong resident of the area, Natalie loved everything about New Orleans. She cared for others and treated everyone like family. As a devout Catholic, she loved God and her fellow man.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd in New Orleans, on Monday, November 12, 2018 at 12 PM. Visitation will begin at 10 AM. Interment will be private.
