Nira Hall passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2025 at the age of 78. She was a native of Brazil and resident of Metairie, LA. Nira was a parishioner of St. Edward the Confessor Church. She loved dogs and spending time with family and friends. Nira is survived by her husband of 31 years, Larry Hall. She was preceded in death by her parents, Brigida Silva Almeida and Antenor Carneiro Almeida. Relatives and friends are invited to attend services held at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. New Orleans, LA on Friday, July 25, 2025. Visitation will be from 9:00 am until Mass begins at 11:00am. Interment will follow in Metairie Cemetery.
