Patricia Ann Paulin Coates

Patricia is survived by her husband of 62 years Charles J. Coates, Jr.; children Charleen Ecuyer (Michael) , Keith Coates (Debbie) and Kurt Coates; grandchildren Kip Cullen, Kevin Cullen (Natalie), Joshua Ecuyer, David Ecuyer, Jessie Grooms (Gary), Ruth Ecuyer, Vanessa Ecuyer, Hannah Ecuyer, Bella Ecuyer, Eric Ecuyer, Evangeline Ecuyer, Casey Coates, Kristen Godfrey (Marcus), Kelsey Coates, and Jade Coates; great-grandchildren Kayla Cullen, Samantha Cullen Kara Cullen, Kevin Cullen II and Anastasia Grooms; daughter-in-law Andrea Schexnayder. She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.

Patricia was a Christian and a longtime member of Victims and Citizens Against Crime and Republican Women. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home 51000 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. until service time.
