Patricia "Tricia" Stark Favalora, 69, of Kenner, Louisiana, passed away on October 1, 2026. Born in New Orleans on February 18, 1957, to the late George J. and Beatrice Joan Stark, she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister whose greatest joy was time spent with the people she loved.
Tricia cherished her family above all else, and none more deeply than her husband, Stanley, to whom she was married for 41 years. Their bond was the foundation of her family and the heart of her home. Whether gathered together with her husband, her daughters, her grandchildren, or her sisters, she made every moment count. She gave generously, always sharing her time, her heart, and whatever she had with those around her. Her kindness, warmth, and selfless spirit touched everyone who knew her.
She is survived by her loving husband, Stanley J. Favalora, Jr.; her daughters, Sherri Jacob Gregson (Ray) and Michelle Favalora Maynard (Kyle); her six grandchildren, Ryan (Amberly), Rylie, Reece, Caroline, Ethan, and Alex; her sisters, Georgia Buras, Karen Rauch, Barbara Acosta (Darin), and Bridget Gardner; her mother- and father-in-law, Beverly and Greg Mangiaracina; her sisters-in-law, Beverly Johns (Mark) and Elaine Deckwa (Bill); her brothers-in-law, Dominic "Nicky" Favalora (Marilyn) and Paul Favalora (Margaret); and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Debbie F. Gioe.
Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, Louisiana. Interment will follow the service.
