Patricia Steib Hartmann

Patricia Steib Hartmann, age 86, passed away on October 24, 2018. Patricia was born on November 20, 1931 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Lloyd and Alice Steib. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Karen Lynn Hartmann and her sister Barbara Ann Steib.

She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Lawrence V. Hartmann, Jr.; daughters, Kristin Lotz (Jeff) and Kathleen St. Romain (Scot); her sons, Lloyd Hartmann (Jennifer), Lawrence Hartmann (Melinda) and Louis Hartmann (Andrea); 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Patricia was a graduate of Dominican High School and Dominican College. She was a devout parishioner of St. Catherine of Siena Church in Metairie, Louisiana, a Past President of St. Christopher Parish Knights of Columbus Council No. 4508 Ladies Auxiliary and Past Cub Scout Den Mother.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass, held in the chapel at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. until Mass. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Catholic Charities of New Orleans.
