Patsy is survived by her beloved brother Henry J. "Buzzy" Neelis; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her loving parents Harry Neelis and Jane Neelis Bryer; and siblings Joe Anne Neelis Roberts, Harrie J. Neelis Grady, and Jack H. Neelis;
Patsy was a longtime community member of the Milne Home for Girls, later Alexander Milne Developmental Services.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis of Assisi Church in New Orleans on Monday, July 29 at 2:00 PM.
