Robert “Bob” E. Williams, Jr., age 50 years, passed away on October 19, 2015 at Tulane University Hospital in New Orleans, LA. Beloved partner of Steven L. Goodowens. Son of the late Robert E. Williams, Sr. and Oneida Bird Williams. Brother of Kerman K. Williams. Also survived by numerous friends in the French Quarter community. A memorial service will be held in the near future.
