She was born in New Orleans on July 2, 1946, to the late Roberta Schindeldecker Mosher and Fredrick G. Mosher, Sr. As a native of Harahan, Louisiana, Roberta attended St. Rita’s Catholic School and St. Joseph’s Academy on Canal Street. After graduating high school, Roberta attended the University of New Orleans and began working as a Legal Secretary. In 1970, she joined her husband in his law practice where she worked as a Notary Public.
She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed attending all of her grandchildren’s school and sporting events. She was a talented crochetier of blankets for family and friends and enjoyed gardening and spending time cooking large meals on Sundays.
Roberta is preceded in death by her parents, Fredrick and Roberta Mosher; her grandparents George and Frances Schindeldecker; and her brother-in-law, Joseph Macaluso.
