Mr. Jordy will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Gay Nel Jordy; sons, Michael Jordy (Karolena) and Daniel Jordy (Nicole Louise “Weeze”); grandchildren, Keegan, Emma, Karlo, Declan, Jude, Finley and Sawyer.
Rodney obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Accounting at Loyola University in New Orleans and received his Masters in Banking at LSU.
A visitation will be held at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. New Orleans, on Monday, February 5, 2018 from 9:00am until Catholic Funeral Mass at 10:00am. Interment will immediately follow at St. Joseph Abby in Covington, Louisiana. Fr. Stephen Dardis will be preciding over services.
