Ronald Monroe Secco II, a Bridge Operator with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development slipped peacefully away at his residence on Wednesday, January 13, 2016. He was 41 years old. A long time resident of Slidell, LA and a former resident of Monterey, LA. He attended Monterey High School. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, including J R Mitchell of Lacombe, LA and Louise Rutherford of Woodville, MS, 3 uncles, Lafayette Netterville, Glen Wisner and Lawrence Havard and his Aunt Frances Havard. Beloved son of Elizabeth “Liz” Fay Mitchell and father-figure Robert “Bobby” Cockerham. Also survived by a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
