A loving and faithful husband, Roy Philip Clement, the world’s greatest father and grandfather, passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2014. Roy is the son of the late Philip Charles and Alceda Guillot Clement. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 58 years, Marie W. Clement, daughter, Jill C. Brouillette (Jerry), and his precious granddaughter, Danielle Clement Brouillette. Brother of the late Betty, Nettie, Margaret, Derwood, and Roland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Roy was born and raised in New Orleans. He retired from Ingersoll – Rand / Dresser Rand after 35 years of dedicated work. He was a proud veteran of the U. S. Army, and served during the Korean War.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. in New Orleans, on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at 1:00PM. Interment will follow in All Saints Mausoleum. A visitation will be held at the funeral home beginning at 11:00AM.
