Ryan Scott Carter, 30, passed away on June 8, 2016 in New Orleans, LA. He is survived by his father C. Scott Carter; mother Dianne Breaux (Barry); and fiancé Kindall Duke; grandparents William L. Carter and Jeanette Michel; brothers Mac Carter, Joey Barraco (Sharon), Chris Friedrichs (JoAnn); nephews Cohen, Connor, and Reid; and nieces Mallory and Emily; as well as numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Ryan enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially his nieces and nephews, who he loved dearly. During his short time on this earth, he touched so many people with his kind and unselfish heart and his amazing smile. He will be missed by many. Services will be held privately for the family with interment at All Saints Mausoleum. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
