Ryan William Neider

Ryan William Neider, age 46, passed away on January 31, 2016, after a brief battle with kidney cancer. He was the son of Captain Robert “Bob” J. Neider, Sr. and Margaret McLean Neider. Devoted father of Justin Neider. Loving brother of Robert, Jr., Richard, Randall (Julie) Neider, and Elizabeth Neider Nastasi (Jason). Loving uncle to several nieces and nephews. Dedicated friend of Tiffany Huffman (mother of Justin). Ryan lived in Mandeville for the past 20 years. He grew up in Metairie and attended St. Ann and Holy Cross schools. He was a member of the Louisiana Air National Guard and currently an employee of St. Mary’s Dominican High School. Ryan’s life revolved around his son, Justin. His favorite activity was coaching Justin’s baseball teams, namely the Northshore Pelicans. Ryan will always be remembered as a devoted father as well as someone who could always make you laugh. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Ann Church and Shrine, 3601 Transcontinental Ave., Metairie, LA on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 1:00PM.
