Sandra David Klein

Sandra David Klein, 80, passed away peacefully on April 22, 2025. She was preceded in death by her most beloved husband Louis Joseph Klein, III, her parents, Clarence Eli David and Leola Pitre David, and her sisters Linda Ann David Young and Sheridan Ann David Avants. Sandra was a devout Catholic and steadfast in her prayers for her family, friends, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Her relationship with God was her source of strength and comfort as she struggled through the recent heartbreaking loss of her husband.

The joy in Sandra’s life was her family. She is survived by her sister; Claire Marie David Noveh; two children; Louis John Klein (Cindy) and Laurie Klein Schneider (John); her six grandchildren; Christopher LaVoie, Johnathan Schneider, Brandon Logrande (Brooke), Brian Logrande (Jordon), Rachel Schneider, Samantha Robertson; her six great grandchildren; Paisleigh, Jaxon, Maverick, River, Harper Mae, and Taysom.

Sandra will be remembered for her big bright smile. She enjoyed dancing, outdoor concerts, ceramics, sewing, cooking for her family, and loved traveling.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, on Thursday, May 8, 2025, starting at 9:30 AM followed by a Service in the Chapel at 11:00 AM. The burial will follow within Metairie Cemetery.
