He worked in the family business for over 40 years then became part owner of Tarride Color Service, distributors of Automotive Paint.
He is predeceased by his parents Theodore Tarride and Hazel Boasso Tarride.
His life will be forever cherished by his wife of 47 years, Patricia Dolce Tarride, his sons Christopher (Karen) and Kenneth, his grand daughter, Avoree, his elder brother Theodore (the late Jacquelyn), his sister Janice Tarride Fedorock (Ken), numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
He was an avid LSU fan. His true passion was cooking for his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass held in the chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. New Orleans, LA 70124 on Friday, August 10, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. until Mass. Inurnment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum.
