Thomas Joseph D’Aquila passed away on Friday, February 14, 2025, at the age of 95. He was preceded in death by his wife of 34 years, Joan Gaudet D’Aquila; his parents, Vincent D’Aquila and Rose Tuminello D’Aquila; his sister, Frances “Faye” D’Aquila; and his brother, Ignatius “Buddy” D’Aquila. Thomas is survived by his sons, Robert D’Aquila and Douglas D’Aquila; and his grandchildren, Colleen D’Aquila and Kathleen D’Aquila. He served in the Army National Guard Reserve. He graduated from Loyola University Law School and was an Administrative Law Judge. Thomas was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Church and Aurora Country Club. He enjoyed playing tennis, painting, watching LSU and New Orleans Saints football. The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at Our Lady of Wisdom, especially Opal.
