Tommy was preceded in death by this parents, Shirley Mae and Frank Roche’, and his brother, Joey Roche’.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Diane Roche’; his daughter, Tammy Strickland; his sister, Patsy Chopin; and his brothers, Teddy and Michael Roche’. He also leaves behind three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many beloved nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Tommy was a dedicated professional who served the Jefferson Parish School System for 27 years. His long-standing commitment to his work will be remembered by all who had the pleasure of working alongside him.
A funeral service to honor Tommy’s life will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026, at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Boulevard in New Orleans. Visitation will be held from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, with a Mass to beginning at 11:00 am.
