We were sad to learn of Tom's passing.  He was always so interesting to talk with when he visited our store.  Prayers for Judy and the families.

Judy, we are so sorry to hear about Tom’s passing. He was such a well respected veterinarian and a genuinely good person.  I was fortunate to know Tom and to call him a friend. I worked for Tom for a year in the mid 80s, he knew that I wanted to be a trainer and that I was eager to learn. Tom took me under his wing, taught me and mentored me. It was the best learning experience I could’ve hoped for, and I still rely  on the things he showed  me. I will be forever grateful for the opportunity he gave me as well as his friendship. Rest in peace, Tom .

My sincere condolences on the passing of Tom. He was mentor, gentleman and friend. Tom hired me in 1991 right out of Veterinary school at LSU. His tutelage and mentoring helped to shape my entire veterinary career. I am truly thankful that we were friends.
He will be missed.

I was in my 20's in 1985 when i started an apprenticeship for Equine dentistry. Doc David was one of the vets I had worked with in my years grooming and being an asst trainer. At the end of my apprenticeship he handed me a dental chart from an equine dental equipment provider and wished me good luck. It meant a lot to me. Then years later the lay people were stopped from working in the State of Louisiana. He then told me don't stop. Those words of encouragement meant a lot to me. I will take those memories to the grave with me. He was a good person. Rest in peace Doc. Bruce Young.

Aunt Judy, 
Cathleen and I are so sorry about the passing of Tom.
It seems like only yesterday we were celebrating your wedding day. We have always been aware of the good times and bad over the years. 
You and Tom have been forever supportive and loyal friends of our family.  I hope this message will ease some of the pain of the void in your life moving forward.
The world will be one short of a good veterinarian, husband, father, and grandfather. Tom will be greatly missed.

I have so MANY fond memories of my friendship with Dr. David.  He was such a great veterinarian who always cared for my horses and teaching me about horses.  I was a better trainer because of Dr. David.
