Vicki was born in New Orleans on November 29, 1956. She retired from K&B Drugs, where she was a manager for many years. She was an artist and enjoyed all types of crafts. She especially enjoyed creating rubber stamps and card making.
Vicki is survived by her beloved husband of 47 years, Henry Blancq.
A private burial was held at Cypress Grove Cemetery in New Orleans, Louisiana.
