Victoria C. Mendoza passed away on June 22, 2015; she is preceded in death by her beloved husband Joseph V. Mendoza. She is survived by her children Joann Dugas (Cleveland) and Patricia Saunders (Benjamin); grandchildren Rachel Saunders, Rebecca Neely, Christopher Dugas, Rebecca Kitchens, Jessica Dupepe, and seven great grandchildren; as well as her sister Lena Lambert. Words cannot express the gratitude her family has for Hearts of Hospice, especially Adrienne Alexander and Lienieka Johnson; and Nancy Mann's Private Care, particularly Nancy Mann, Veronica Vasquez, Maida Marante; as they helped make a long, difficult journey a little easier through their loving care. Services will be held privately for immediate family at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home.
