

Warren was a graduate of Warren Easton High School. He was the General Manager at Graybar Electric Company, Inc. for 34 years; United Sales Associates for 20 years. Warren was the Past President, Greater New Orleans Electrical Association.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Anna Montalbano Derenbecker; parents John Philip Derenbecker, Sr. and Alma Klein Derenbecker; daughter Gail Penton (Frank); sisters Alma Johnson and Audrey Yates; brothers John Derenbecker, Jr. and Edgar Derenbecker.
Warren is survived by his spouse of 9 years, Catherine Derenbecker; daughter Judy Nelson (Phil); sons Warren Derenbecker, Jr. (Jamie), Billy Derenbecker, Sr. (Donna), David Derenbecker (Jean) and Kenny Derenbecker (Jody); grandchildren Jason, Mark (Candy), Kevin Derenbecker, Billy Derenbecker, Jr., Traci DiVincenti (Blaine), Frank Penton (Jamie), Christy Morvant (the late Steve), Jessica Derenbecker, Kaitlyn Farner(Jef), Kellie Nelson, Amanda Truax (Dalton), Kenny Derenbecker, Jr., (fiancé Victoria Tanner); great-grandchildren Aubrey, Garrett Derenbecker, Cole, Chase Derenbecker, Avery, Emery DiVincenti, AJ, Colt Penton, Baileigh Morvant, Addison Farner, Dalton Truax V, due in October.
The family would like to give a special thanks to all the staff at Restoration Senior Living (Covington, Louisiana).
Warren enjoyed fishing, gardening, water sports and spending time with grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dad provided a family camp in Mississippi for many years of great family gatherings.
A visitation for Warren will be held Thursday, September 15, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, Louisiana 70124. Following the visitation will be a funeral service at 12:00 PM at Chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, Louisiana. Interment at All Saints Mausoleum in Metairie Cemetery.
