William E. Cruse passed away on May 6, 2023 at the age of 82. He was born on September 28, 1940 in Holum, LA to the late William E. Cruse, Sr. and Annie L. Albritton. He was a veteran, serving as an Army Sergeant in the 82nd Airborne. He received his BA of Construction Management and worked as a general contractor and consultant. He enjoyed playing golf. He loved traveling with his wife and friends and will be remembered as a fun-loving family man.
He is survived by: his wife of 47 years, Lois Anne Cruse; his sons, Jon Coy Cruse (Elizabeth A. Cruse) and William Clay Cruse (Alana S. Cruse); and his grandchildren, Shane LeBreton, Conner Cruse, Sydney Cruse, Forest Cruse, and Spencer Cruse. He is preceded in death by his parents and his sisters, Helen Cruse Gaspard and Evelyn Cruse Blanchard.
