William Joseph (Scooby) Lamkin, Jr., 88, retired Captain for Jefferson Parish Fire Dept., passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2014. Husband of the late Mary N. Lamkin for 63 years. Son of the late Helen G. and William J. Lamkin, Sr. Father of Vicki Corlett (Mike), Bonnie Moulin (Ronnie), Marijo Eiffert, William J. Lamkin, III and Patti Holliday (Mike). Brother of the late Helena, Charles, Solon and Robert Lamkin. Grandfather of 9. Great grandfather of 17. The family would like to thank Canon Hospice and Academy House.
