82, of New Port Richey, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Friday, July 14th, 2017. Andy as he was known in the community, was born on January 18, 1935 in London, KY and served in the Marine Corps during The Korean War and was a Mason. He moved to this area in 1982, coming from Maryland. He was a long time, well known fixture in west Pasco County. He was a barber by trade for over 65 years, and he owned his own barber shop until he semi-retired. He retired from Hair Force Barber Shop on Trouble Creek Rd. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Phyllis; his sons, David and Sean; his sister, Ann and her husband David; a granddaughter, Olivia; brother-in-law, Charles; and cousin, Esther. Open visitation will be on Monday, July 17th between 2-4pm and 6-8pm. The funeral service will be held the following morning on Tuesday, July 18th at 10am. Services will be held at Meadowlawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens 4244 Madison St New Port Richey, FL 34652.
