Joyal, Arthur B, 82, of New Port Richey, FL passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on January, 19, 2017. He was born in W. Warwick, RI on October 27, 1934. He received his Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and his Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of RI. He worked for Raytheon Corp. for 35 years in the Submarine Signal Division. He was instrumental in initiating the Stephen Ministry at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church providing confidential, spiritual guidance to those experiencing grief, illness, or other life crises. Arthur had a passion for woodworking and furniture building, and loved living by the water. He is survived by his loving wife, Louise, of 59 years, his children Carol St. Vincent of Tiverton, RI, Robert Joyal (Mary) of Warwick, RI, Donna Desilets (Robert) of Wakefield, RI, Mark Joyal (Karen) of Coventry, RI, Arthur Joyal (Fern) of Bristol, RI, Richard Joyal (Kristin) of Wakefield, RI, 9 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
