Morgan, Barbara Sue, Of Port Richey, Florida died June 14th, 2016. Born on October 17th, 1934 in Visalia, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Melvin and Christine Howard, and was the widow of the late Charles Morgan. She is survived by two sons - Miles Morgan of Alaska and Kenneth Morgan of Port Richey, Florida. One grandson Jared Morgan and one granddaughter Makayla Morgan both of St. Petersburg, Florida. One sister - MaryLee Kelly and one brother Larry Howe both of Kentucky. She had been a resident of New Port Richey for over 25 years. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church of Port Richey, Florida.
