Betsy was a true believer of Christ and professed her faith at an early age. Betsy went to meet her Lord our Savior Jesus Christ on Monday morning October 4, 2021 in New Port Richey, Florida.
Betsy graduated from Clearwater High School in Clearwater, Florida later receiving a nursing degree from Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee. Her hobbies were watching sci-fi movies and collecting memorabilia from them. She also enjoyed cooking, sewing, some crafting, and calligraphy.
Betsy married William Dixon in 1975 and welcomed their son John in 1977.
Betsy is preceded in death by both parents and her husband. She is survived by her son John; grandchildren Justin and Madison; siblings Stephan (Randa) Livesay and Patricia Collins; aunt Carolyn (David) Bennett and many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
