Cecelia Frances Witt

She was married to Edward J. Witt for 65 years (Deceased December 2023).

Cecelia is survived by her daughter Debbie Witt Bouffard and is preceded in death by her second daughter Dawn.

She is also survived by her grandson Adam and wife Melissa and their children Justin and Claire; granddaughter Christina and husband Brent and their children Preston and Oliver; grandson Kevin and wife Jamie and their children Brinley and Baylen.

Cecelia worked for the Florida Department of Health as a clerical supervisor and retired after 35 years.

A visitation will be held on December 7, 2025, from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm at Meadowlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, located at 4244 Madison Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652.

The funeral service will follow on the same day, December 7, 2025, from 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm at the same location.

A graveside service will take place on December 7, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm at Meadowlawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens.

A reception will be held on December 7, 2025, from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm at Meadowlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens.
