Cindy K. Willoughby

Cindy attended school in Bradford County, Florida where she met and Married Mitchell Willoughby on December 13th, 1979.

Cindy was happily a homemaker where she cherished her time loving on her grandchildren.

Cindy's passion was indeed her two grandchildren, Pouring love and encouragement into them was her greatest joy. Cindy had a thirst for learning more about Jesus and studied God's word everyday. She enjoyed vintage cars and most importantly the Green Bay Packers. Cindy loved her family both near and far and plays a big role in her nieces and nephews lives.

She is survived by her children: Jamie Richards (Harold) of New Port Richey, Florida. Sarah Willoughby (Bean) of Dade city, Florida and Gary Strickland of Dade City. Her grandchildren: C.J. Williams and Nevaeh Willoughby.

Her siblings: Wayne Rhoden of Hampton, Florida, Bill Rhoden of Keystone Heights, Florida and Dianne Davis of Knoxville, Tennessee.

She is preceded in death by her parents Walter and Peggy Rhoden, and her baby brother Mark Rhoden of Keystone Heights, Florida. Her bestfriend Rennie Danella, of Zephyrhills, Florida and her nephew Joey Rowe of Hampton, Florida.

A memorial service for Cindy will be held Thursday, October 7, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Meadowlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 4244 Madison Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652.
