She was a featured tap dancer for over 40 years and appeared all over the United States and Europe
with great stars of the Golden Age of cinema, including Judy Garland, Mickey Rooney, Martha Raye, Dean Martin, Ray Bolger, Buddy Epsen, the 3 Stooges, Gene Kruppa, Harry James and all the big bands, just
to name a few. She was also a featured dancer with The Rhythm Rockets of 1928, appearing on the
Orpheum and Fox Theatres circuit. For many years, she taught ballet, tap, jazz and Middle Eastern dance in Tampa Bay and also choreographed many professional stage productions.
She is survived by her daughter, Broadway actress Dee Etta Rowe Ferraro.

A celebration of life will be held on Monday, May 21, 2018 from 4 to 7 pm. with the service at 7 pm.
