Downey, Elizabeth Ann (Libby), 64, of Hudson, passed away Nov.8, 2011. Born in Louisville, KY, Libby worked as a systems analyst at Morton Plant Hospital and Bay Care Home Health before retiring to Hudson. She was preceded in death by parents Robert and Martha Downey and brother Robert Downey, Jr. She is survived by sisters Judith Wiechman and Linda Santella; nephews Justin & Derek Santella and Bradley Wiechman; best friend Betty Brennan. Libby made annual donations to many worthy causes; the closest to her heart are the American Cancer Society and the National MS Society.
