Frances attended schools in Watertown, NY. She was married to Carl Premo on November 1, 1955. Frances worked as a CNA for Madonna Home in Watertown, NY then later on in life worked for Hospices in FL. She had a passion for researching her family history.
She is survived by her sons Donald Hawn and Richard Premo. Grandchildren Tracey Wilke (FL), Dennis Hawn (TX), William Premo (NY). Great Grandchildren Kaitlyn Wilke (FL), Danielle Hawn (TX), Jacob Hawn (TX), Evie Premo (TX).
She is preceded in death by her brother Roy Draper, mother Edna Calhoun and father Edward Draper.
Frances is to be buried in Calcium, NY.
