Born Geraldine Lynn Mannino in Camden, New Jersey, Gerri moved to Florida in 1977, where she and her sister, Annette (“Toni”) Passarella, managed Harbor View Mobile Manor, a 55+ mobile home park in New Port Richey developed by their father, Nicholas Mannino. Gerri made Palm Harbor her home in 1987.
A familiar face at many of the area’s finest restaurants, Gerri especially enjoyed Mystic Fish, the original Positano’s, and Sips85—places where good food and good company were always part of the experience.
Gerri was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Wilson; her father, Nicholas Mannino; her mother, Antoinette (Nasuti) Mathis; her stepfather, Emory Mathis; her beloved sister, Annette Passarella; her brother-in-law, Albert “Buster” Passarella; and her nephews, Nicholas Passarella and Anthony Passarella.
She is survived by her daughter, Anna Maria Melendez (Edward); her son, Bill Anderson (Serena); her grandchildren, Max, Mia, Peyten, Kelly, and Olivia; her great-granddaughter, Harper; her nephew, Carmen Passarella; and her niece, Maryann Verde.
A visitation will be held at Meadowlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, located at 4244 Madison Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652, on January 18, 2026, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.
