Gladstone "Charley" Nelson, age 91, of Trinity, Florida passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2022. Charley was born July 6, 1930 in Duanvale, Jamaica to Freddie Nelson and Triphena Hoskins. He married Nerissa Gordon in 1957.
Charley worked in the automotive industry, raising a family of 4 with his wife Nerissa Nelson.
Charley is survived by his wife Nerissa Nelson, his children Gary Steve (Judith) Nelson, Everton (Gloria) Gordon, Lisa Nelson, and Roger Nelson. He is also survived by his grandchildren T'kai Gordon, Markal Gordon, Stefan Nelson, Brittany Nelson, Joshua Nelson, and Jaden Nelson and great-grandsons, Mckellan Nelson, Hunter and Hadyen Howard.
A visitation for Gladstone will be held Saturday, July 30, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Meadowlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 4244 Madison Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652, followed by a funeral service from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM.
