Grace M. Maynard

Grace M. Maynard, age 92 of Hudson, died Tuesday, July 5th, 2022 surrounded by her loving family at Oak Hill hospital in Brooksville, Florida. Born February 9, 1930 in Amityville, NY, she was the daughter of the late George Sr. and Frances Brush. In addition to her parents, Grace was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Adelbert Maynard, and two brothers, Robert and George.

Grace moved to the area in 1980 from West Islip, New York with her husband Donald and three boys; Robert, Douglas and Jeffrey. She loved living on the water, boating, bowling and taking care of her loving family.

Grace is survived by; three sons; Robert Allen of Hudson, Douglas George (Peggy Shaffer) of New Port Richey and Jeffrey John (Janet) of New Port Richey. She also has two beautiful granddaughters; Heather Diane Maynard of New Port Richey and Kristy Grace Bartel (James) of Groveland, and two great granddaughters; Madisen Valentine and Elyse Ferrara of New Port Richey, and her brother Richard Brush of New York.

A celebration of life for Grace will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022 for immediate family and close friends.
