Jean D. Tipton peacefully passed away on January 4, 2026. Born on October 25, 1933, Jean lived a life filled with love, service, and dedication to her family and community.
A cherished mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Jean’s life was marked by kindness and a passion for learning. She served her community with warmth and dedication as a librarian at the New Port Richey Public Library, where she shared her love of books and lifelong learning with countless members of the community.
Jean was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard Tipton, and her youngest son. She is survived by her five children, nine grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren, each of whom carry forward her legacy of love and family.
