John R. Scroggins, Sr. of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at the age of 71. John was born in Springfield, Illinois where he worked for many years as a skilled carpenter. John was preceded in death by his daughter, Tracy Ann Scroggins. He is survived by his loving wife, Emily; sons, John Jr.(Brenda) and Tim "Bo" (Jennifer) Scroggins; daughters, Sheree (Rick) Kisner, Tam (Terry) O'Brien; 11 Grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. John will be missed dearly by everyone who knew and loved him.
