I love you Dad! Rest in peace..Heaven called another angel home!

Joe was a good man, Trooper and a good friend. He was the Cpl. In Huntington when I first started and he had a great influence on me as a young Trooper.  He will be greatly missed.

I was your neighbor at 210 Iroquois. I still fondly remember how sweet you and Joe were to us. That little baby boy, Cass, is now 22 yrs old and in his last 30 days at the WVSP academy .I know Joe would be very proud. 
I have kept up with news of Joe through Roger Dailey.

Dear Brenda - Gary and I are holding you close in our hearts and our prayers.  We know what a difficult time this is for you and your family.  Joe was a special friend to both of us.  He leaves a huge hole at Trinity that will be very hard to fill.  What I remember most about Joe was his willingness to help anyone in need, no matter how large or small.  May you find comfort in God's love and your memories of Joe.

Candy and Dusty, I was so sorry to read in the Free Press that Buddy had died (I always think of him as Buddy).  I didn't know there was a Jennifer.  Buddy was always with Larry and Glen when we lived in Two Run and he was always nice to their little sister.

I remember "Buddy" from Clay High School.  We spent a lot of time together in the gym and on the playground honing our basketball skills.  Buddy was a few years older but we were good friends. I was saddened to hear about the death of Joe .  I considered Joe as good friend and someone that I could call on when I needed some special help. HE was always there when needed.  I enjoyed some great fishing  in Lake Erie with him, Roger Dailey and my son, Brian. Joe was truly a great man and will surely be missed.  My condolences to the family.

As a trooper I want to express my sincere appreciation to Sgt. Dotson and his family for the dedication and many sacrifices they have made for all of us over the years.  I can only hope and pray that we have and will continue to hold ours selves to the standards that Sgt. Dotson and other troopers before us have set.  They are high, but worth upholding.
